Ran 2 Miles Before Ballys Weight Lifting Workout

Friday, July 11, 2008

I just had to pause and drop a quick blog. I was instant messaging with a friend, Fat Boy Baker, and started talking trash about our competition and calling me a fat boy. I warned him that empty words wasn't going to win this competition.

I AM BEATING THIS BODY UP!
(That's sweat, Baby! The stuff of Champions!)

To emphasis this, I went to my basement and ran two quick miles and took the above picture. Sweat and hard work is going to win this competition and I AM WILLING TO WORK!!!! How about you?

Whose going to make a play? I AM!

Yeah! Since this picture, these boys still want to talk. Again, work is going to win this competition, not talk!

Whose going to make a play? I am!
